I am a qualified Counsellor and Psychotherapist and I've spent the last 6 years working primarily with people who have had adverse experiences in their lives such as sexual, physical and emotional abuse.
I often work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, anger and low self esteem.
I also work as a Mental Health Mentor with students at London's top universities. Here, my focus is on goal setting, discipline and productivity. I help students to thrive, in the midst of their difficult circumstances.
I combine empathy and proactivity to create a non-judgmental space where clients feel comfortable sharing, exploring, and taking small, consistent steps toward meaningful change.
All sessions are held on Zoom and last 50mins.
Therapy can be booked as short term (blocks of 6 or 10), or open ended depending on your needs and preference.
