C.13 Group Workshop
Community is beautiful, but let's be honest... community can also be very messy.
When people bring their different personalities, experiences and perspectives together and attempt to operate in unity, conflict is inevitable.
Change The Culture offers a 4 week workshop to help set your church up for relational success.
Founded on the definition of 'agape' love laid out in 1 Corinthians 13, our workshop sets out a framework for groups to work with when communicating, addressing issues and moving forward. We combine biblical concepts with psychological theory and neuroscience, to develop teaching points, practical exercises and moments of reflection.
You will also receive a digital workbook tailored to your organisation, to help solidify learning and encourage daily application. Individuals can purchase hardcopies of the workbook at the beginning of our work together.
Please note
The C.13 workshop is designed for community and church groups between 15 and 60 individuals per workshop.
It is highly interactive and therefore most effective as in person sessions, held on your premises.
It can also be offered as a shorter intensive course.
