Pre-Marital Therapy Group Experience for churches
This 4-week workshop integrates insights from theology, psychology, and neuroscience, offering evidence informed teaching, group discussions, prayer and practical exercises. The sessions are designed to deepen self-awareness and cultivate healthier approaches to things like communication,
conflict, and emotional intimacy.
The pre-marital therapy experience can be delivered in person or on Zoom, and includes a digital workbook tailored to your church.

We really enjoyed the pre-marital course we did with Gina. It was 1 hour weekly Zoom calls where she guided us through a range of important and helpful topics that helped us reflect, communicate and prepare for marriage.
